We missed it, we came back with the 2022 in-person calendar.

On December 20, 2019, we held the company's year-end get-together party. On that date, we shared with all employees the great result achieved with everyone's help. It was Blueprintt's best year. We also announce our next step: to grow 10 times in 10 years!

It was a bold plan, but everyone was enamored of the idea. 2020 started in the best way possible, one month better than the next, until the pandemic… Well, then, even if you're not in the conference and/or events sector, you can imagine the turnaround we've been through…

It's been almost 2 years of difficult decisions. I never imagined that we would go through what we went through. And that we would be able to reinvent ourselves in the face of all this. But, well, here we are. And again, thankfully, it's time to look forward to it!

Today, companies are returning to offices. Or at least getting ready to go back. The pandemic has given this respite.

A survey that we carried out for the HR Council showed that 55.3% of companies were, in August, interested in returning to the office, 19.5% had already started their return, with up to 30% occupancy.

THE HR Council, in fact, it is one of the products that were born in this pandemic, as part of our reinvention, but another text is worth it, at another time.

Today, it is worth talking about other information about this same research. For the vast majority of people, 59.3%, returning to the office is important for proximity and bonding with the team.

As our company exists precisely to bring people and companies together, and thus facilitate problem solving, we know very well how much this human warmth was lacking.

And that's what I want to talk about today. It's time to go back. And we were missing it.

Our teams, which I can only thank, because they were responsible for Blueprintt facing and overcoming this long time of difficulty, everyone and everyone, are already working on the 2022 agendas.
